Yoga/Meditation

activities01Villa Louise has a beautiful walnut grove with a small lake where guests can organise yoga lessons. You can practice yoga in the midst of nature, surrounded by walnut trees and weeping willows around the lake. The atmosphere is perfect to relax and achieve a perfect sense of wellbeing. Lessons take place in the morning for 1 hour followed by 30 minutes of intense meditation.

Cooking Lessons

activities02The very word ‘Italy’ conjures up images of fabulous food, so we invite you take lessons in how to prepare delicacies with ingredients sourced from organic fruits and vegetables grown at Villa Louise. Turn your hand to making Pasta Fresca all’uovo, Strangozzi alla Spoletina, Strangozzi al tartufo, Spaghetti alla Norcina, or Piadina ripiena con funghi e salsiccia … in a 1 hour 30 minute lesson in Villa Louise’s kitchen!

Italian/English courses


Buongiorno, Pasta, Bel paese, Wonderful, Goodbye…. and you can learn much more at Villa Louise! The owner and her assistant organize English/Italian lessons for adults and children. Every lesson will have a specific program for adults and children, at the end of which you will receive a fun certificate! Each lesson lasts one hour.

Bicycle trips


To adventure lovers, Villa Louise offers the use of 4 bikes with helmets for you to explore the green hills, the high mountains in Umbria, the vineyards and olive groves. Villa Louise recommends a “suggested route” where you can enjoy yourself and see wonderful places in 3 hours.
